「The place is amazing I highly recommend! The food and the staff are also very comfortably welcoming. If you live nature this is the spot for you! We had to repeatedly ask for pillows, and it took five days to receive a working safe. 「Esta en pleno centro de Cuenca, es un buen lugar ya que solo se camina, pero le falta limpieza, tiene olor a tuberias, las cobijas estan sucuias, y el piso tambien No es el mejor lugar para quedarse pero esta en pleno centro de cuenca y el staff muy bueno 」

「Close to historic center. Nice small apartment with kitchen. If you're not used to Cuenca, be prepared for cold nights and no hotel has heaters. Unfortunately there was a couple of smoke detectors that kept beeping all night throughout the hotel. They do offer an included friendly breakfast at a nearby hotel restaurant. 」

「Muy sencillo y antiguo el hotel. El ascensor no funciona. Por fortuna eran 3 pisos para subir con maletas. La habitación muy anticuada, el baño nada agradable. Tenía una ventana, con una vista muy fea , a un techo de una casa al lado. No había ni una silla, 1 solo gancho y closet muy estrecho. Muy anticuado. Nada de shampoo y con jabón pequeño de barra muy mala calidad.」
