The staff was great and courteous! The hotel is charming, clean and eclectic! The room was clean and had all the amenities needed to perform business if needed. Free breakfasts were offered daily and were served hot and quickly. The guests were greeted by two friendly cats in the lobby. So if you're allergic to cats or not a cat lover, don't think of staying at Hotel Boutique La Ronda by Chat Noir!

Very friendly and nice staff. I don’t speak good Spanish and the staff spoke no English (except the owner). So the staff was most kind and willing to communicate via translation app. I enjoyed my stay.

Good but street is noisy. Bring earplugs.

Everything was good. The only thing is that it is a noisy street. Definitely bring your earplugs.

A mejorar

The staff was great, the hotel could have been also great but It needed attentiin to details and a little maintainace. We were in the last floor and the stairs were dirty with dust and fluff, same as the room. Out room had a little mold in the ceiling and the bathroom shower door did not close completely so the floor arter three careful showers was extremely wet. Our room had a Windows that lead to an utility room. Also the lobby/cafetería área needed a little attention. Breskfast is the traditional one: cofee, juice, bread (although It was sándwich bread) and scrambled eggs.

Loved this hotel! It was clean, lovely decor, the staff were wonderful and welcoming, the breakfast was nice, and it’s an excellent location, walkable to most everything. I had a room with balcony on the front, so it was a bit noisy from the street but earplugs did the trick and I loved having a balcony. Highly recommend!

Overall a positive stay although the room could have had more ventilation - a ceiling fan, an exterior facing window, or an A/C. The room in particular faced the interior and was prone to noise entering from late night patrons. Otherwise, the hotel was a good bargain and centric to everything.

Great location and can not say enough positives about the staff. Because it is a little dated, there has been a little setting causing all the doors to the rooms to bind and therefore, very noisy. Easy solution is to take the doors off the hinges and sand them down so they close easily without force. The noise definitely will wake you up when your neighbors are going or coming or when you are exiting.

Rooms were good. The main issue is the noise. Street noise won't let you sleep if you are facing the street. Rooms in the back do not have windows are quiet.

En general, la estadía en este hotel fue buena. Las habitaciones son cómodas y cuentan con lo necesario. La atención fue más que todo buena. Se pusieron en contacto conmigo desde un día antes y me ofrecieron desayuno en mi llegada por la mañana cuando pretendía solo dejar guardada la maleta. El desayuno estuvo bueno y bastante. Actualmente hay dos gatos de meses los cuales son bastante juguetones. Por dicha, yo soy muy afín a estos. Algunos puntos a mejorar o valorar: 1. Se me dijo que la habitación estaba lista a las 10:00 am del día que llegué. Pero, al llegar por la tarde, estaba pendiente. 2. Como dije, a mi me gustan los gatos. Pero a personas que no, deben tomar esto en cuenta. Pues ellos se suben a la silla, al equipaje, etc. 3. El día de mi check-out, que lo hice tipo 6:00 am por un vuelo, me topo con que la puerta de las gradas a recepción estaba cerrada con llave. Afortunadamente, después de poner un mensaje por WhatsApp me asistieron. Pero, ¿qué tal hubiera perdido el vuelo? ¿Qué pasa en caso de emergencia? Puede ser para que los gatos no pasen a las habitaciones, pero no creo que empujen una puerta pesada.

La experiencia en general fué muy buena, el personal bastante amable, la habitación estaba limpia y confortable. Tenía extras como secadora de cabello, plancha y una buena selección de películas y series. El hotel está ubicado en la calle larga cerca de restaurantes, bares y vida nocturna, Ademas a unos minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad.

No recomendado, da mucho que decir con relación costo servicio se tenía mejor espectativa, en nuestra estancia la cama, sábana y cobija térmica tenían cabellos, con apariencia de no estar limpio, con olores desagradables, ya usados y no lo cambiaban. La ubicación buena pero no recompensa la higiene de los utensillos como tazas,platos,vasos y recalco la cama.
