"The advantage was that the hotel is within walking distance of the main bus terminal and close to a tram stop. The shower also had amply supply of hot water. But the staff could use with better training in customer service. You should not have to wait several minutes when you arrive at 5:30 pm for someone to open up the door to check you in. The staff also had trouble finding my reservation once I did check in. "

The heating lamps located in the interior patio-which at night also operates as a restaurant, where the food is excellent, by the way- emit a very intense kerosene or gasoline odor, and because the patio has a covered roof, the smell ends up accumulating on the third floor."
