「Some signage to find the reception might be nice, the signs on the two main buildings are confusing when you arrive and the reception is around the back up the stairs and then down stars again… many people standing g in the rain outside looking for it when I arrived」

「The great experience with this accommodation started before we even got to New Zealand. The instructions for check-in were more detailed then I've ever experienced. When we arrived the room was clean and the view across the river to the snow capped mountains is amazing. It's also in a perfect spot, far enough from the CBD that it is quiet and peaceful but still close enough to everything (an 8 minute drive to the CBD). Already planning to return as soon as we can.」

「They didn’t take out the rubbish in toilet.」
