「somehow the shower water wasn't hot enough so end up with 2 nights cold shower. Other than that, everything is expected. Good staff and good stay.」

「離高速公路蠻近的飯店，餐廳的美食很好」

「Beautiful rooms. Helpful staff. Nice grounds and restaurant. Situated in suburban neighborhood with other options for dinner. 12 minutes by taxi from airport. Had to walk short distance from the parking to reception with heavy suitcases though, my only complaint. Otherwise, overall a 10. Would stay here again.」

「客房乾淨 環境良好 地理位置非常好 很適合商務旅行」

「Excellent service and hospitality. The Breakfast Buffet had a lot of variety and the staff is super friendly. Reception and front desk staff are extremely helpful and could provide some excellent recommendation on where to spend your evening in Florence. Highly recommend! 」

Staff attended, but the faults were not resolved during our stay. The television’s alarm then went off repeatedly during the night,...
