「很干净，非常新的酒店」

「I checked in to the hotel, the evening staff was fantastic. When I got into bed, after being asleep for a little while, I felt something crawling on me. It was a tick. When I called the night desk, the person on duty was unhelpful. When I checked out early the next morning for an early flight, the night person didn't get up to discuss the issue. I even brought the tick in a cup to show her, in case she needed to see proof. Her rapport was less than expected. Very disappointed. 」

「Have stayed at this hotel several times since 2022. It has always been clean and quiet. Our last stay I was disappointed with the mold in the shower, missing trim tiles in the bathroom and dingy towels. The lobby was still clean and bright. 」

「My vehicle was broken into. The manager said that the security staff was not working that night and apologized. Their security gate was broken, and they said that they were not willing to do anything to assist with the damages or compensate in any way. Multiple vehicles were broken into, this is not safe place to stay, and the staff was very unapologetic about it.」

「Hey, it was OK. Location? Convenient but noisy. Breakfast? Yep. Coffee 24/7 which was nice at front desk area. Maid service? If you needed it. Ice? Not on my floor. Water & snacks? $$$$! Outside fire pit was a real plus and they had a little heated swimming pool!」
