「We are not ones to complain but we were very disappointed with our room considering it had been given a high rating. Our room smelled of dog, our microwave didn’t work, the plug by the bed didn’t work and the shower curtain was covered in mold across the entire bottom. Minimum options for breakfast.
The girl at the desk was pleasant
We would not go back to this hotel」

「The check-in process was fast and efficient.
Our room was clean and well equipped.
TV worked fine and channel selection was good.
The hotel provided a helpful detailed list of local restaurants with a map.
The breakfast buffet was great and the workers pleasant and helpful.
The only complaint was the condition of the carpets in the hallway in front of our room door and the adjacent rooms both sides of the hallway. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed in a good while!」
