「Quaint buildings with as much frontage and piers as the actual room space, it’s one of those places that encourages you to get outside and enjoy the location - which is idyllic. Great pool, plus seating to enjoy the sunsets. Small beach allows kayak launching into the bay. Breakfast muffins and apples, coffee + wine & s’mores at the fire pit in the evening are a great touch. Staff are fantastic. A great experience」

「great place to stay, relax but also have fun」

「Staff was very nice, property is secluded and quiet. Even though check in was 4, we were able to use the property all day. The only complaint is that we got there early, spoke to management and house keeping about getting the room ready a little early. There are only 6 or 7 units there. 4 or 5 on ground level and 2 on second floor. They cleaned the ground level by 1pm and did not return to clean the last 2 units, which we stayed in, until 3:45 and finish around 4:30. 」

「Kings Kamp was a charming stay. The owners were friendly and made the stay easy」

「Great stay at the Hampton Inn!! A few things I would recommend to the peoperty: more chairs and umbrellas are needed at the pool. There aren't enough to accommodate the people who come down. There is also zero shade! The mosquitoes were TERRIBLE! I live in Homestead so I'm local, but we have regular trucks from the county that spray every now and then. Other than those 2 issues....the stay was wonderful!」

「The parking is good. There is a nice pool and restaurant. You will have breakfast with a lot of sea birds nearby and other animals waiting for you here and there. The facilities in the room are really aged and don’t work efficiently, including the toilet, sink, closet, telephone, doors. 」

「Parking is tight but the property more than makes up for it. Adorable little cottages, amazing waterfront view. Lots of amenities-kayaks, paddle boards, floats, picnic table and chairs, bbq grills. Can’t wait to come again!」
