「Front desk was helpful and attentive. Very comfortable room, dinner was excellent, sauna was incredible. Highly recommend. 」

「The property was clean. The room was supposed to be a King and I truly think it was a queen bed not King. The coffee ended at 9am on Sunday which is too early. We went down and it was gone. 」

「Beautiful castle property on Seneca Lake. Woke up to the sun coming over the water. Historical building with upscale appeal. Restaurant was like taking a Time Machine. Food quality was very high end.」

「At first glance the rooms look a little run down BUT because the walls are cement block (nicely painted, not bare) this place is quiet! I've never heard anything from adjacent rooms or even the highway nearby. Also a wonderful and safe walking trail just a few hundred yards from the motel, so a great place to stop with my dog who needs lots of exercise. The toilets flush really well, too, no plugging up. And it's family run. I'm happy to forgo something fancier to support a family run business.」

「Breakfast wasn’t even half over and they were out of most items. We had to wait 20 minutes for the breakfast person to come back from wherever and refill food. There weren’t even that many people there eating breakfast. Really glad there was a bathtub as I don’t like taking showers; but it could have been cleaner. Room was a nice size and bed was comfortable. Not really sure why there are 2 tvs in the room practically right next to each other; but there were like a thousand channels to...

「after reading negative views about the property i was concerned about what to expect when i arrived. it did not take long to dismiss my concerns. the room i was given had been remodeled. no carpets. there were signs all over warning of repairs in progress. anytime i needed information or requested assistance, the staff responded immediately. i have only one problem. when we are told that breakfast is available, i expect more than a muffin and a cup of coffee. people should know in advance what...
