We stayed one night in a property we have stayed at several years in a row for an annual event. The bathroom sink stopper didn't work. The bathtub stopper didn't work. The TV remote was a total mystery. Front desk offered to come up and help, but we were already in our PJs and did not want a stranger in the room, so no TV for us! Also, they advertised a free "light breakfast," which turned out to be COFFEE or TEA. The property, which now costs twice as much as it formerly did, is no longer a great deal.

This motel is close to CMAC, so that's a plus. They have updated the rooms and removed the carpeting. There is no breakfast. Only one bath towel and one hand towel were in the bathroom despite it being a two bed room. There was no plastic bag liner for the ice bucket and no tissues in the bathroom despite there clearly being a place for them. We had to ask for a liner and tissues. The front desk clerk was helpful when we couldn't get the TV to work. Someone had changed the input and there was no place on the remote to change it. It was fine for a one night stay.

Only one set of towels for 2 people. Never received additional towels or pillow. Had to use my cell phone to call the desk because the room phone did not have a cord to the handset. Refrigerator leaking water all over the floor. Hair dryer didn't work. Air in water pipes, so it whistled all thru showering.

Absolutely disgusting. They gave my room away to someone at 2:30am they were trying to get into my room. The door opened and I yelled. Manager lied and said they went to the wrong room but the people had a key that opened the door and they said that was the right room number they were given. Worst hotel ive ever stayed at. I never even got an apology.

You know those movies that show serial killers living in grungy motels? That’s the vibe at this Super8. Avoid at all costs. They’ve bought some cheap new beds to make it look “modern” but don’t be fooled. This property hasn’t been properly maintained for years and it shows. Everything is loose and jiggly, windows are single pane glass from the 1960’s, peeling wallpaper, skeletons of past wall fixtures long removed leaving wall anchors and bad spackle jobs, filthy bathroom mirror that has visible black mold surrounding the frame, more black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, sticky floors throughout the room, etc. Even the parking lot is riddled with potholes with the faded Super8 sign as a backdrop for the perfect roach motel experience. Front desk guy was friendly.

Parking lot was full of holes. The hotel was dirty in the hallways and kinda smelled. The beds were ok however the light in the bathroom is hooked up to a very noisy fan. There was no glasses in the bathroom. The view out our window was of the dumpster . The breakfast offered was coffee. There was nothing else but coffeee. The whole hotel needs a whole makeover. Will not be staying there ever again.
