"It was cute and quaint. They lobby was nice and clean. The free breakfast selections were really good. The staff was very attentive, especially Joanna. The rooms were nice and clean. The only thing the room needed were more drawers. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Staff were the best. Friendly, helpful, informative. Common areas were very inviting adding a warm space to sit and relax expanding the space beyond your room. Gave it a 4 on facilities only for low water pressure. Other wise it was an excellent experience. I personally won’t let that hinder a future visit. "

"We had an amazing weekend! My husband (David) planned this weekend for Mother’s Day and included my mom and dad. We brought our e-bikes and ride all over town and up and down State Street. I location is fabulous! Something to note…the customer service. In times like now I feel that is lacking nearly everywhere but when we showed up we were greeted at THE CURB and walked to our rooms, shown all the amenities and explained where breakfast was and what would be served (which breakfast by the way…FABULOUS). The cookies the chef laid out each day we were there is something I still crave! I can’t wait for our next trip to Santa Barbara just so we can stay here! Oh! And they upgraded our room because it was available…for free! 5 stars!!!"

"We love to stay at Brisas Del Mar. The location is ideal, just a block from the beach and a few blocks to downtown State Street and the funk zone. The staff is always very helpful in any way they can be and the property is always very well taken care of. Also love the free breakfast and cocktail hour!"
