"I’m not sure why Fess Parker Wine Inn uses Expedia but I booked a room at Fess Parker Wine Inn through Expedia, I got a confirmation through Expedia and I called Fess Parker Wine Inn to confirm my reservation and they did not honor it. This reservation was for this Memorial weekend so I was in a panic and had to call other hotels to book a room. This experience was horrible."

"Staff were the best. Friendly, helpful, informative. Common areas were very inviting adding a warm space to sit and relax expanding the space beyond your room. Gave it a 4 on facilities only for low water pressure. Other wise it was an excellent experience. I personally won’t let that hinder a future visit. "
