"The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The space is clean and has opulent touches. There are laundry options(I used the coin laundry) there were two convenience stores inside the hotel, which was great for late night snacks(or anytime) and beverages!! I didn’t use the spa because I was busy exploring, but I heard it was amazing and many guests were using it and it’s free as a guest!! Next time. I would absolutely stay here again! "

"The hotel cleaning can be better. The carpet in the room was not properly vaccum daily. The carpet around the head board eas dusty. We also saw a piece of manicure nail left behind by previous guest on the carpet inside the closet when we checked in. Besides all that, the room we were in had nice view and rhe property is conveniently located above a mall with easy access to food, subway and train station."

"I enjoyed my stay at Oakwood Suites Yokohama. The amenities were everything i expected to have when I signed up. The washer came with free detergent which the hotel supplied. The stove and microwave were in working condition. The utensils were clean as they could be. I had the city view and it was gorgeous. It was a walkable distance to a lot of attractions and shopping malls. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying at Yokohama. Thank you. "
