Good stopover hotel if you are going to the Yokohama cruise terminal. Good sized tv and shower. A small room but it was able to hold my 1 large suitecase and 2 backpack sized carry ons.

The facility was what you pay for the staff where very helpful, but having the halls lined with trash in the morning is not so pleasant.

Property was wall situated near the Kannai Station and the pier. All short walking distance. Room was clean. Showers were hot and water pressure was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Laundry room was very convenient. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel just a few blocks east of Kannai station; super easy to walk to the nearby Korean shopping district, the Yokohama Cultural Museum or Minatomirai. Super easy to check-in, quite rooms & a great housekeeping staff. The only 'ding' for me was the on-site restaurant was never open at night--not that big of a deal overall, since there are a plethora of options a short stroll away, but it would have been nice to pop down for a glass of wine at the bar before heading out later in the evening or back up to the room.

A little bit old APA hotel. The surroundings are great, good location. Nice sentou bath. I didnt like that half of the day there were bags of trash in the corridors and cleaning equipment just laying down all of the floor in the corridors. I understand that rooms are small and whatsnot, but i didnt enjoy walking along trasbags everyday during the daytime. The staff is nice and polite.

The good - soft intro to Japanese items (bidet, yukata, public baths) The bad - walls and window let all sound through, the mattress had collapsed in the middle. My husband and I kept tilting towards the center of the bed when laying on our backs and it was impossible to get comfortable.

◎駅から近い、食事するところがたくさんある、コンビニも近い、洗濯機がある、屋上のお風呂の込み具合がテレビで確認できる ✕冷蔵庫が全く冷えない、冷房を入れて外出したのに帰った来たら切れていて暑い、PCを持ち込んだのだがルームキーと電気系やWi-Fiが連動しているらしく大事なメールが届いていなかったりDLできていなかった、枕が匂う、ベッドが寝にくい（真ん中が妙に柔らかく腰が痛くなる） 駅からも近いし電話応答の方も素晴らしかったので期待していったのですが建物自体が古いのかな？狭いのは何とか我慢できたのですが全く冷えない冷蔵庫は夏には困ります。外出時に部屋の電源と一緒に冷蔵庫も切られてしまったら食べ物が腐りそうで怖いです。もしそうなら製氷機を各階においてほしいですね。お得な金額で宿泊したので仕方ないのかもしれませんが・・・

ライブ参戦のために利用しました。早めに到着して荷物を預けようとロビーで荷物整理をしていたら、何組か早めに到着していたお客さんもいて、スタッフの方が早めにチェックインさせてくれました。臨機応変な対応嬉しかったです。
