Kannai is a fun area, close to Yokohama station & Sakuragicho, this hotel is in the middle of Kannai with walking distance to the station, modern hotel with quite nice rooms.

I’m done with some of the other Kannai-Basamichi hotels. I have stayed here several times. The Richmond is my hotel of choice.

I stayed for four nights with my boyfriend and we were both impressed with the hotel! The on-site coin laundry was one of the best laundry facilities I've ever seen. Though we didn't use the on-site restaurant it was a super convenient option. The room was clean and was refreshed daily while we were out and about. The shower had amazing water pressure and the bathroom was larger than we expected! Check in and check out processes were fast and easy! Altogether we had a great stay!

Great pick!!

Great area, very convenient!! Room was modern and comfortable! The staff were so kind and helpful!! The hotel was very quiet too. It has all the amenities you need plus a robe & slippers!! So close to major shopping and dining areas. 3 min to the train station!
