"I love the Prudential. It has great ac. Location is fantastic with shopping center below and metro station. It is not super fancy, however, it is clean and simple. Breakfast is not my preference… I prefer to walk a few blocks to the Sheraton and have breakfast there. Price wise, The Prudential is a great option. I recommend."

"Cleaning is not that satisfactory. Carpet has dirts and need to clean up in every part of the hotel. Cleaners not well cleaned though beds are made and toilets cleaned - the desk top are not touched."

"I found the staff here to be very helpful and kind for my stay. The room was very clean & spacious, shower was very powerful and bed was so comfortable.
