Overall, an enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza Kowloon East. Unfortunately, we were let down by the strong cigarette smoke smell in our hotel room upon arrival. Also, despite closing the shower door fully when showering, the bathroom was easily susceptible to water build-up on the floor, making the floor very slippery. The shared facilities were good and reception staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent service and very convenient location - just minutes from Tseung Kwan O station and various buses to central Kowloon. Staff were able to accommodate my request for two beds even when I could only book one on Expedia, with a short wait. If given the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

Our room was wonderfully clean and spacious, and I loved the air purifier that kept the air feeling fresh. Every morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a huge selection of healthy, quality foods. The entire staff made us feel right at home; everyone from the front desk and lobby to the restaurant and shuttle bus driver was so friendly, welcoming, and eager to help.
