"Hotel staff were all helpful and efficient. Plenty of lifts and never had any issues with availability. Rooms were tired/dated and small. There was 1 adult and 2 teenagers in our room, teenagers liked the bed but I found too soft. The room was small and there wasn’t enough room to unpack into (1 drawer and a tiny rail) but in first room there wasn’t any floor space to live out of suitcases either. We asked to change room and managed to get one with slightly more floor space. Views from both...
