酒店地點方便，在時代廣場第七大道和48街，房間小，因為地點價格不便宜，但房間空調非常大聲，睡覺時只能關掉，如果不開電視，一直聽到空調和房間門開關的聲音，打電話給前台幾次，響很久也無人接。早餐很普通，選擇很少。

The elevator was horrible. Took over 25 minutes waiting to go down in the morning. We missed our bus which set everything off by an hour the rest of day. Note to self: calculate an extra 45 minutes for elevator. Also according to front desk attendants, they don't have 2 beds for a room. They only have 1 double bed and a miniature pull out couch/chair bed. The room had no circulation and the AC/fan would not turn on. Maintenance replaced the filter, still wouldn't stay on. Only time AC/fan turned on was when I opened the windows. Didn’t make since because it was cold outside and had the thermostat was set for AC/fan. I will say, location was great! No complaints on breakfast.

The elevator system was intensely inefficient and time consuming. Everything else was excellent, including the front desk staff and house keeping. I’m not sure we would stay there again only due to the assigned elevator system. The volume of backed up people waiting to go up in the lobby was ludicrous. We also had trouble getting an elevator down and had to take the stairs numerous times.

Defekte wurden erst nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen behoben (Toilette verstopft, Fenstergriff defekt). Der Frühstücksbereich war fast immer komplett überfüllt, Gäste mussten im Stehen essen oder nahmen es mit. Zu wenig Platz bzw. Hotel überfüllt. Muss dringend geändert werden. Aufzüge besonders vormittags respektive zu den Stoßzeiten selten zeitnah verfügbar, lange Wartezeiten einplanen notwendig (teilweise mehr als 15 Minuten!). Weiterhin vergessen die Aufzüge für welche Etage man sie angefordert hat. So kam es vor, dass wir beim Checkout mit weiteren Gästen mehr als 15 Minuten in der 33. Etage samt Koffer warten mussten. In dieser Zeit hielt nicht ein Aufzug! Die angeforderte Fahrt wurde vergessen, mehrmaliges Anfordern war notwendig. Bei einer Fahrt nach unten war ein Stopp in Etage 20 notwendig. Während der Fahrt wurde diese Etage aus dem Display gelöscht und er fuhrt Tatsache weiter hinunter. Katastrophe und fordert unnötig Lebenszeit! Ein recht enges Treppenhaus war zugänglich, wegen der Aufzüge mussten wir es nutzen. Das Beistellbett in Form einer kleinen Couch war ungeeignet. Die Matratze war sehr weich, so dass die darunter verlaufenden Streben immer zu spüren waren. Auf Nachfrage nach einer besseren Matratze wurde ein Bettlaken gebracht. Die Zweibett-Zimmer sind ansonsten modern und für zwei Personen ausreichend. Die Matratze des Doppelbettes ist angenehm. Große Küchenzeile vorhanden. Insgesamt leider nur bedingt empfehlenswert wegen der Ärgernisse.

The heating system was deficient and very loud. I had the shower fixed because there was no hot water at the beginning of my stay, and after the engineer came, it was warmer but the pressure was very low. We had fire alarms going off three different nights during our stay - all were false alarms and started because of pipe issues in the hotel next door, as both hotels/towers share the same fire alarm system. One of the nights, we stayed in the freezing cold lobby (it was -15* C outside) of the hotel for 45 mins before they figured out there was no fire issue. Although free, the breakfast is of poor quality and way too small to host the amount of people that stay at the hotel. A lot of people would take their plates up in their rooms as there was nowhere to sit. Finally, the room was not perfectly clean and cups/plates were not regularly washed.

The room was nice and clean. However, the room would not warm up and we were shivering cold all night long. Also the water ran clear for just a second then all the water that ran from the sink would be cloudy. We did not like that. Thankfully the location is prime and the employees were polite and accommodating. I would still stay there again. 4 stars for amazing location.

Fantastic! Location was terrific of course but the staff and the systems they have in place are stellar. The texting system was especially fabulous. The breakfast is fantastic and very extensive. The recommendation for low volume times was helpful.

The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, amenities were good and the view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was fine, it was just really busy and hard to get a seat, with the renovations going on. Staff were helpful and polite.
