「Everything about this place is wonderful. The room was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was lovely. Really loved the pantry - such a nice place to get a treat. All in all would highly recommend this hotel. 」

「Beautiful hotel and very nice bathroom, bed was comfortable. Quiet environment and around 20 mins walk to city centre. Only thing is we have big luggage but there is no lift.」

「Had a lovely time, rooms large and airy - bed really comfortable had a good nights sleep. Bathroom ok looking tired and there was more condensation from the ceiling than the shower. Staff lovely and helpful/ overall I would recommend staying again 」

「Good: The hotel is well located and impressive in its public areas. All the staff are friendly and polite The breakfast is very good Not so good: The room itself was not too impressive. The room was stuffy, safe didn’t work, and the shower was a trickle. Overall location 10 out of 10 so if you are out and about exploring York all day and arriving/departing by train it would be good choice. If you want to relax in your room then I would recommend a different room category or another hotel. 」

「這間酒店的員工服務殷勤，盡力耐心協助解決住客問題，地方舒適，自駕泊車十分方便。多謝 reception Alyse 耐心解決我的泊車要求和努力解決等的晚飯訂單事項。這裡的餐廳職員都很有禮貌、笑容和盡力提供協助，餐廳很舒適，這裡英式食物做得很好，晚餐我食了Homemade PIZZA 和 素菜意大肉丸意粉，Pizza 做得非常好吃，意大利粉十分咸，換了新一個都是十分咸，因為tomato sauce 原本已是一分咸。總括我很推薦這間酒店，再來York 都會繼續使用。」

「地點很好，知名餐廳bettys就在附近，但旅館老舊，地板不平，每一步都會發出聲響，深夜時聽到隔壁傳來的地板嘎吱聲有些恐怖。不會想再來」
