It was a good hotel, we were visiting family in the area so was a nice base. We had stayed at other nearby hotels so wanted to try this one.
It was okay for one night, we booked in for dinner. The menu is extremely limited for dietary requirements, with things listed as vegetarian that weren't and food didn't match description.
We didn't book breakfast, again as similar wanted a much refresher breakfast rathan than a fry up.
Gave 4 stars as was a lovely bed, very comfortable! The bathroom smelt quite damp after a shower, no window open.
Didn't hear any noise from the pub. Overall good b&b for a night - would recommend the Crown though due to facilities/spa area.
