「The staff was amazing. Everything was very clean. The activities were easy to schedule and well run. Would have liked more drink and food menu options. The only real bummer was the noisy animals from the nearby farm.」

「酒店位置深入火山公园，有段路需要急后转弯，晚上没有灯，有点吓人，相比其他酒店确实远一些。 前台的美女姐姐非常贴心，给出了很多建议，她家有不少tour可选，方便出行。房间很大，古朴装饰，比较喜欢，就是卫生间洗澡没有地台，水会留出去是个缺陷。 早餐的面包和水果自助，正餐是点餐制有四种，均没有菜。晚餐的汤很赞。 泳池酒吧很好，温泉的，度假村感觉人比较少」

「We loved our stay here! The Staff was so incredible! The bungalow we stayed in was so cute! We were able to see a sloth, some iguanas and a toucan! The restaurant was top notch and the wait staff makes you feel like family! We did not have a car but it was easy to arrange transportation to all of our outings and it’s just a quick Uber ride to the downtown area! I would highly recommend this lovely hotel!」

「Nayara Springs is amazing! We LOVED our room, we loved the food, we loved all of the staff, we loved how every time we left our room it was a new adventure. We saw sloths, an agouti, tons of birds and lizards, butterflies, and a raccoon all without leaving the resort. I cannot say enough nice things about how wonderful Nayara Springs is. It was our anniversary and the staff made it so special! We loved every minute of this trip!」

They gave us extra pilllows, an abundance of towels and even gave us a fully stocked mini bar that was free for our use. Loved my time there and will definitely be recommending to others. 」
