「My new go to hotel when in Newcastle - biggest bed I have ever seen and very comfortable 」

「We booked this stay for our daughters birthday, all the staff were fantastic throughout our stay. The reception were great with our daughter, they noticed it was her birthday and gave her a nice jar of jelly beans. The room was clean and as expected, facility's were great especially the pool area. We had a buffet breakfast in the morning, the selection was plentiful and all the food was good quality and presented well. We will visit again.」

「Great staff, friendly and helpful; clean room; good dinner food. Quiet, easy parking. Had one problem with room that staff was not able to fix on the one day we were there but it did not cause any great inconvenience. 」

「Soundproof isn’t quiet good, especially on Saturday night when there were too many drunk ladies, they came back super late, very loud, also they tried to open my door, many times, 3am to 4am, I didn’t sleep at all.」

「This is a nice hotel located on the out skirts of Newcastle. The rooms are of a good size and the hotel has a very nice bar with a large out door seating area, the bar is used for breakfast where a very good continental and cooked breakfast is also available. The staff are very good but the parking is limited. 」

「Fantastisk godt hotel! Meget meget god morgenmad! Service var i top. Eneste lille minus er at vinduerne var svære at åbne eller lukke, fa det er meget gamle vinduer. Intet problem med larm fra gaden eller temperaturen på værelset. Der var lidt larm fra gaden, men det skal forventes når man har et hotel så centralt. 」

「Welcome drinks gives a good first impression. Although no air conditioning, hotel offers fan for ventilation and that's okay for night temperture of below 20 degrees. Location close to city centre with lots of pubs and restaurants around.」
