「Arrived prior to check in time and was accompanied! 」

「房間很舊，馬桶壞掉，但是服務人員很棒，跟網站上顯示的照片差太多了，看到現場的房間真的很像是回到20年前的感覺」

「The room is perfect, especially the bed!! The room is very big and clean, the living room and the washroom are perfect too. The location is good and just near the metro station. Will definitely book this room when I go to Rome next time!!!」

「rain water coming through the bathroom ceiling, the only view was onto a roof and very messy court yard, (but there is'nt much they can do as it is not there property) the room was in a good state of repair and clean, the bathroom was recently upgraded except the shower had to be held because there was no riser bar. the bed was very compfy and the refreshments left for us was very nice. we enjoyed the breakfast」

「This is so bad experiece, room is old and only 6 rooms. Working hour of front desk is limited. They asking u check out at 10, obligatory. The front desk close at 3 pm the day we left and we have no place to left the luggage. Check in time is also limited, so you would better not arriving late. Not good at all, I was surprised by their past rating, it is not real.」

「Nice boutique hotel in great location between train station and old town. Very easy check in even though we were a little late. Plenty of restaurants around hotel. Need to look for address numbers when following google maps to hotel. It takes you a couple of blocks past. Would definitely stay here again when in Bari. 」

「The location is really good, which is 18 min from Firenze S.M.N Station by walk and close to most tourist attractions. You can go everywhere just by walk. It's also surrounded by many good cafes, bars, restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anyway, it's really nice stay in Florence!」

「Staffs are very friendly. Great location! Very quiet environment! Termini station and subway stations are within 5 mins walking distance. Many famous sightseeing spots are within 5-30 mins walking distance. Breakfast, provided at 7:00, is simple but acceptable. Many kinds of fresh fruits are provided everyday.」

「這間住宿處有些不好找，位置很清楚但要先進一個鎖著的鐵柵欄門才能找到接待處，只在牆上有一個小小的部分旅館名稱，電梯超古老的，有些像貨梯，私人浴室的浴簾內部下半段看起來很髒，洗手台只有一個很髒的小網子沒塞子，沒提供毛巾、或是洗手乳等任何東西。暖氣機遙控有顯示但主機沒反應，找工作人員來也只能關掉，接下來就沒辦法開暖氣了，重點是沒有被子，只有薄薄的一張被單，晚上有些冷難以入睡，晚上鄰街有些吵，房費不便宜，我覺得住宿體驗不佳。」
