「Room was okay. The staff was not helpful instead said to pay upfront even though i selected pay later options. Also i booked the room because ad said they have parking spaces but when i asked for it they refused and told me to park outside somewhere. When i asked to park outside where they didn't helped me and that led to parking ticket for me since i am an outsider i was not helped how to do so. Worst experience and fined 200 euro because of no help」

「Excellent location. You arrive at Duoma Square in 1 minute. The noise from the street is very bad due to the tram and from 3-4 in the morning noises of moving garbage cans. Communication via WhatsApp with a very good operator. For people who sleep well with noise it is perfect!」

「有廚房和廚具，而且隔壁就有超市，方便自己料理。衛浴設備妥善度沒很理想。房門不容易自動關上，不小心會沒關好就走人。廚房垃圾不會每天有人進來清理，對連續住宿的客人不太方便。」

「我覺得真心很失望，網站上寫離購物中心很近，但是附近幾乎可以說是沒什麼商店，也沒什麼餐廳。此外，櫃檯人員感覺是憑心情出現在服務台的，所以就算是他們寫他們在櫃檯的時間，櫃檯也沒有人，更糟糕的是，他們的大廳也直接鎖起來，寄放行李什麼的根本就不可能。此外，app上寫說提供盥洗用品，但是房間內只有洗碗精跟洗手乳，我事先問過吹風機，所以我知道沒有吹風機，但是沒有沐浴乳和洗髮精真的造成很大的困擾，我還特別去問了櫃檯，櫃檯叫我自己去買，但是附近唯一一間商店沒開，最近的一間商店要走至少半個小時，我覺得離譜至極。地方很偏僻，有高爾夫球場，但是沒有任何商店，連uber eats都叫不到，我真的很傻眼。」

Shops very close for food supplies, fully stocked kitchen so we could cook. Very close to the shops, bars and restaurants. I’d recommend staying here when in Killarney. The back deck area needs cleaned up. We didn’t sit outside but would have 」
