"The camping village was super cute! There are two restaurants on property, however we were there on Easter sunday and they were both closed. There must have been some miscommunication since the lady at the front desk told us they were open. However, she was super nice and friendly and got us a ride into town when we told her we weren’t able to go to the restaurants on site. "So pleased with our stay at Retellak Resort. Quick and easy check in by very pleasant staff. Accommodation was very clean and modern with everything we needed for our stay. The bed and pillows were super comfy and we had a great night's sleep. The whole park area was spacious and very well kept. Would definitely return"

"Very simple accommodation, check in restricted to 3-5pm (after which it closes) and zero WiFi signal. Bathroom was very basic and we had to put the sheets on ourselves. At the end of the stay they had to be removed, everything washed up and rubbish taken away. I'm not against this concept, but not for 700kr a night, out of season. This also wasn't made obvious when booking. For an extra 200-300kr you can stay in a decent hotel, including breakfast which made this very poor value in comparison....

"We stayed in a Wild West themed cabin that slept 4 people in 2 sets of bunk beds. We were warm and cosy on both nights of our stay. The cabin was spotless clean and had everything we needed. You hire linen for the bed for about £10 I think. Excellent location to walk to LEGOLAND and a bit of a further walk to LEGO House. Great place to stay. Breakfast was good. "

We loved being so close to the beach and a short drive to St. Ives for a day of shopping and a true Cornish pasty (well half of one because the seagulls are savages!). "This was a wonderful property with a gorgeous view. The campsite is easy to get around with fun and games for the kids. Very family friendly!!! It is family owned and the owners were kind, accommodating, and helpful for navigating and planning visits to nearby cities. I wish we had a longer stay here, and we enjoyed the beach a short walk away. We were all very happy with the property. They do have sheets and towels for rent, and we did rent them. "Yes, this place is unique in a few ways. Unique and different from a North American perspective perhaps. From the Expedia/Website images its uniqueness was what drew us to the property in the first place. "Loved the area and the facilities. Property needs better towels, pillows and more toilet paper, soap and shower gel. Also a welcome pack that includes nespresso pods, tea bags would have been a nice touch. "

"The wild west cottage we were in was COLD!! Even having turned all the heaters up, it was at least six hours until the rooms were tolerable. The power output and the install site of the heaters is all wrong. Next day the whole cottage covered in condensation inside, extractor in the bathroom broken. That aside, the cottage was ok.
