"Spot is in a great location. Check in was easily coordinated with owner via WhatsApp. Room looked newly renovated and decently spacious. Night desks were super dusty and not cleaned throughout stay. Besides that everything was great. Highly recommend. "

"This property is located in a tiny alleyway and when you enter it is a dark and dingey stairwell. The elevator is slow but at least there is one. Go up 3 flights of stairs and you will find the front desk. Super friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast spread. The rooms have beautiful morano glass chandeliers, free toiletries, bidets, complimentary beer, coke and water in the fridge. We had a great stay!"

"Lovely old property - high ceilings, classical floor tiles and a lift from the old movies! The hot water wasn’t working on day one, but by the next day a brand new boiler had been fitted. Check-in was straightforward and very informative. We were shown to the property and given a walkaround. The full fruit bowl was an added bonus. Easily walkable to all of the tourist sights. "

"This hotel is in a great location. That is the main Reason to stay there, no frills. No elevator so the ground floor is suitable with no stairs if you have any disabilities. It is close to trains, buses. Restaurants and hop on hop off. It is adequate with private bathroom and kitchenette. "

"Wonderful stay at Il Divino! It's a charming and small B&B that is in an inside courtyard (i.e. quiet). Sofia helped us check-in and gave us a thorough understanding of how the building is laid out and how to access it. It's centrally located by the main train station and walkably close to many of the popular areas in Naples. The room was very thoughtfully designed with a lot of subtle design touches and the owner of the hotel reached out via WhatsApp a couple times just to check on how things...

"Wonderful hotel and great location. Everything was perfect, the only reason for the 4 stars is the tiny shower. It’s quite small even for normal sized people. The water spills all over the floor next to the toilet and door will not close properly. Other than that the room was clean, comfortable and the staff was the best part! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. If they have rooms with better showers, we would stay here again. "
