"This was such a great hotel - right in the heart of everything- the usual tourist sights, tons of restaurants and great shopping. Hotel staff were warm and helpful with recommendations for dining, taxis etc. Room was small and tiny bathroom but that is to be expected in Rome. Even though it was in the centre of a bustling plaza with lots of cafes, the room was quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again!"

"A superb stay, very smart hotel. Incredibly convenient for me and my work. A pity about the loud guests next door (had to bang on the wall a few times to shut them up at 11pm) - not the fault of the hotel but desperately frustrating. Otherwise clean with good amenities. Housekeeping switched over the slightly smelly towels in my room (again I suspect a one-off). Would definitely stay again. Very pleased with the overall product. Superb value for prime London location. "

"Very clean room, a nice comfy bed, the food in the restaurant was lovely. Would definitely return. I would be a good idea to have a vending machine in the hotel part so you can get a drink in the middle of the night if needed."

"Incredibly warm welcome. Room was rudimentary (for comparison, just marginally less nice than the premier inn we stayed in the night before). Main issue was the Aircon was ineffectual and I'm a hot sleeper. To be fair, in the morning I realised the windows do open a little. "

"The staff at the blue jay pub were absolutely lovely and so helpful ,all i have to say is probably a member of staff needs to be alocated in the hotel to save keep walking to the pub to get extra milk ,sugar and toilet roll ,oh and the doors from the hotel room doors are the most loud and scary ones being slammed for hours and hours on end and the floor from the room above us we were room 108 is the most loudest floor heard every footstep all around there rokm so came back from weekend stay...

"This is a very good hotel as it has a great staff with an excellent location (about 5 minutes from the M2 metro line and 10 minutes from the M1). The breakfast was an excellent way to start the day! Great place to stay i Milan"

"Hotel is good. But restaurant was not open, only in winter they say. Do I class this hotel 4*. Not sure. I think it is better class bnb. No help with luggage to and from room. Shower not good, very little hot water. Nice clean room. No amenities in the hotel. "
