位置和設備非常好，可惜房間地氈大塵， 引起鼻敏感。 廚房洗碗碟機沒有提供洗碗珠， 微波爐位置太高，取熱食物時有些危險。

Really enjoyed being close to the restaurant/bar. We took advantage of the jar takeouts for our supper. It was also super close to the train and the grocery store was just down the street.

The property was a great location right next to the train station and shopping area. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy. I personally was completely content with the room, but my travel companions kept complaining about how there is no AC and how the place made them itchy (but much drier air does that to different people and we’re from a high-humidity borderline swampy location)

Great place to stay in Zurich. Value-for-money considering how expensive everything is in Switzerland. Train station right at the back of the very-secured apartment-hotel building. My daughters enjoyed the free gym, and the sauna & steam rooms. Highly-recommended!

Nice two bedroom apartment next to two railway stations and a tram line. Extremely well connected to city center, Zurich Bahnhof and Zurich airport. Safe, quiet neighborhood with a bungh of eating options, all quite walkable. Reasonably priced for the great conveniences it offers.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The first room was in an unacceptable condition, so I was moved to a different room. However, the second room also had nothing in common with what is shown online. Both rooms were worn-out and run-down, and neither matched the description or photos I booked. Cleanliness was a major issue as well. Even the floors outside the apartment were dirty, and although I was told my room would be cleaned, it was not, and stayed as dirty as before. I appreciate that a room change was offered, but overall the accommodation did not meet the standard advertised. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

Communication was pretty poor. The parking situation was terrible BECAUSE they didn’t communicate. It was very warm in the rooms because they have no air circulation.
