It’s an old building. The property is on the second floor and the private elevator doesn’t stop at the 2nd floor. So, you would need to either go to 3rd floor and carry your luggages down 1 floor, or carry them up 2 floors. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay in Rome.

Our stay was amazing !! Their staff is so helpful and they really try to do their best to make your stay pleasant! Rooms are very comfortable and very clean, with a true Rome feel ! Safe and fridge in room and two wonderful windows overlooking the beautiful streets of Rome !! THE LOCATION … you can’t beat it ! charming beauty of Rome

The property is in the perfect location, and you get a real feel of Rome. I usually stay in big well named properties, but we decided to immerse ourselves in the culture and history. This was the perfect place for that. Only caveat is if you stay on the second floor be prepared to haul your luggage either up or down a flight of stairs. The elevator only accesses the 3rd floor.

You can tell the this is an old building with some history. It’s nicely kept and looks to have other businesses and people living there. It is quiet and we rarely ran into other people. I liked it since is isn’t a typical hotel and felt more being in an apartment building. I didn’t mind that there wasn’t a front desk. The elevator is tiny and looks new. Use the stairs if you can. The management was very responsive and helpful. The in room coffee/tea and treats set up was appreciated. The whole experience was great.

Guest house was great especially for the price. Service was excellent and location was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But they were not as shown in pictures and the bathroom were very small nothing like the pictures. Those must be upgrades. Overall it was a pleasant experience and stay And Service was above and beyond. I asked and they quickly arranged for taxi service from cruise port to hotel and from hotel to airport. Would highly recommend this property.

Very nice and accomodating staf. We made the reservation on the spot and requested early check in which they were able to allow very quick. Beware of the self check-in procedure. Nice rooms but a bit noisy. There were kids staying there at the same time who were running around and playing the common room piano early in the morning.
