Wonderful except wifi

3people sharing the annex building. Everything inside the room is great. Just the wifi connection is bad, even on the ground floor takes around 20-30minutes to find the name of wifi connection. I end up using my own wifi for the whole night. Still the location and foods close by is wonderful, probably will stay here again if having a chance to come

This hotel is exceptional :) my fiancé and I had a fabulous experience here. The location is great - just a few minutes walk from the train station and right on the beach. The bed was very comfortable, the black out curtains did their job extremely well, and the noise of the streets was absolutely shut out. Our private balcony facing the sea was very clean and comfortable, and the rooftop tables offered breathtaking views during our included breakfast. The fresh breads and fruit, eggs and meats, along with that unmistakeable Italian coffee was exactly what we wanted in the morning. The staff is friendly and speak excellent English. We just loved it here and wished we had more time. Highest recommendations!

Awesome stay in Monterosso, close to everything: beach, train station, restaurants. Freshly breakfast every morning with freshly brewed coffee. 100% recommended!

I would recommend placing an espresso machine or kuerig coffee maker in every room. Guests like to have coffee, upon awakening. Also, the hotel bar closes on Tuesdays. I think that a bar should be open to accommodate guests, every day.

This is a very pleasant place to stay in Cinqua Terra. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean. Very nice breakfast included. Only complaint is that the TV and fridge did not work. I would stay here again

Beautiful hotel oceanfront. Elainey was awesome she was so helpful explaining all the amenities and letting us know about the area. Best checkin experience in a long time. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Location was awesome too. Great rooftop too. Will miss that.

Väldig bra service från personalen. Själva rummet var slitet, duschen funkade sådär. Väldigt lyhört, och livligt utanför på kvällen från närliggande område. Frukost helt okej. Om man nu har en tv på rummet så kan den ju sitta i rätt höjd och vara större än 19”!

My husband and and I spent a week here in April. We LOVED our stay. If you're looking for a Hilton or Marriot, you will be disappointed. You are in Europe. The rooms are smaller, the shower is small, and the breakfast is simple. The location is 10/10, a few minutes from the train station, tons of dining options and a few steps ftom the most beautiful beach. Get a room with balcony looking at the sea. The room was small, but confortable. Safe. Clean. And the staff were very helpful. The value was incredible, and a perfect spot to explore Cinque Terre. Stay here!!!
