「Customer Service is great, Room is always clean, Check-in be right on time, Safe environment, Quiet as well, Easy parking. Love scene at the hotel only hotel I go to when I’m in town.」

「Not bad but missing cookies and quality teas and coffee creams. Swimming pool requires major repair. Two large SUV with large boats occupied over 15 parking spots and no place to park late at night arrivals. 」

「It's clean and convenient」

「Not in a terribly unsafe location but not the best. Have to beg for towels and other wash cloths to be changes. They will not make your bed during their clean, im not sure if that's company policy or not.」

「room is small and compacted. but it is in unit way. it is remind me back when i was in college dome. From the scall 1-10. I give it a 7 because the carpet little worn out.」

「They will let you check in early they also give u til 5am the next morning to check in if you are running late. The breakfast was amazing and yall definitely need to get some coacoa from the coffee machine. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Overall it was a great birthday trip for me 10/10 would come again.」

「10/10 recommend this place! Was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Easy to get too. The elevators were a little iffy but was fine. Would definitely stay again if in the area. 」

「Staff were great, Nessa welcomed me after long drive, nice rooms, pool looked nice clean though i couldn't use it due to overnight stay, definitely would come back for longer stay」

「Lily Hall was an awesome getaway. The room truly felt like home. The decor choices were thoughtfully curated throughout the property creating a very warm environment. The parlor and lobby area were very relaxing. The hosts were very accommodating with any requests and were very easy to reach. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to Pensacola!」
