The manager of the property was kind and professional the other gentleman on the other hand, I found to be rude. When it came to requesting fresh towels and an extra blanket, I was questioned every time as a paying customer, I’m paying for all the amenities that comes with the hotel. The continental breakfast could’ve had more to offer besides toast and little muffins and there was no juice, it had ran out. All I can say is good thing I rented a room with the kitchen. I ended up cooking breakfast during my stay unfortunately that met me spending more than I had expected. There were no utensils I had to buy those. The only plus about the hotel was its convenient location.

internet did not work in room 114. Internet tech said this room had an issue for a while. False advertising without discount when I confronted the front desk on checkout. No fix or discount - just wasted my time trying to get it working.

Overall our stay was pretty decent! I will say that the staff especially one of the women who worked at the front desk who was trying a new employee was pretty unprofessional, and was cursing while talking/training the other individual while children were around during breakfast time. She also wasn’t that friendly/inviting when I interacted directly with her. Aside from this, the beds seemed a bit lumpy and layers/pads I would assume under the sheets. Overall, the rest of the staff was nice and interactive. The location was okay, there seemed to be a lot of other hotels/motels around and a lot of homeless people and parked semis. Thanks for having us!

We had a terrible experience during our stay. The room had a foul smell, and the floors were dirty. Both the kitchen and the dishes were in poor condition. The furniture was very old, and whenever we moved the bed, it made a lot of noise. Additionally, the pull-out bed had stains on it. As a result, we did not get a good night's sleep.

50 Shades of Nope We booked a room listed as family-friendly, for 3 people and were welcomed with exactly 2 of everything—2 forks (no spoons!), 2 tiny bowls, 2 chairs, 2 cups, 2 hopes, 2 dreams. It felt like we were intruding on a romantic getaway meant for a couple with small appetites. The couch was a battered relic of better times and that was all before we discovered The Stain. Yes, that kind of stain. There was no hand soap. Anywhere. We were just raw-dogging germs. The listing also said paper towels would be provided. Adorable. Not only were there no paper towels, but when we asked, they casually informed us they “don’t provide those anymore.” A corner of the bed had been chewed—and we are praying to every deity that it was by a pet. Judging by the 2 pieces of mysterious kibble in the freezer, we wouldn’t be surprised if it still lives there. The kitchen provided us with dirty pans, and utensils that had clearly been used. Even the floor was specifically, a gritty, sandy, unclean one. The bathroom door wouldn’t even latch. And the complimentary breakfast? Was… not. Now, for the grand finale: on the last night, our toilet decided to re-enact Old Faithful. It gurgled, clogged, and completely surrendered. When we notified the front desk, we were handed a plunger that was so dysfunctional it probably belongs in a modern art exhibit. The toilet won. We accepted defeat. And just to seal this unforgettable experience, the comforter had blood on it. That’s not a typo.

Escogi este lugar porque ofrecía una buena opción de aparta-hotel pero de verdad que desde que llegué la impresión fue horrible, quería cancelar la reservación. En primer lugar, cuando llegue, la persona que estaba en la recepción olía horrible (deberían exigir buena higiene a su personal), luego al caminar a nuestra habitación nos encontramos con olores desagradables de gente fumando ya saben que. El apartamento super sucio, al caminar sentías el sucio en el piso, el sanitario estaba sucio (pensé era una mancha pero le pase papel mojado y se quitó lo que sea que tenía). El colchón del sofá cama tenía pelos y toda cantidad de cosas pegadas. Todas las sábanas tenían manchas al igual que las toallas, las bañeras tenían hongo. La nevera sumamente sucia por fuera. El desayuno era solo pan, muffins, yogurt, manzana, jugos y café, todo se acaba y no lo reponían sino pedías que lo hicieran. Nos dieron 2 rollos de papel sanitario para 2 baños y si querías más debías ir a la recepción a pedir. Quise tomar fotos de todo pero la verdad preferí no amargarme más el viaje para tomar fotos de algo que probablemente no van a arreglar. La piscina es súper pequeña, habían como 20 personas y no cambian prácticamente, además no funcionaba la regadera y las personas se bañaban con cualquier ropa. No hay ningún tipo de orden. Este lugar tiene buenas instalaciones como para ofrecer una buena estadía pero definitivamente la administración es pésima!

The room was worn with scuffs on the floor & table. It had a funny smell. I had to go to the desk to get toilet paper because there was none. There was ONE plate, one bowl & forks. NO other dishes or cooking utensils. Overall, it was a pretty grim atmosphere. On the other hand, the AC worked well and it was quiet.
