「I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. 「The room is well equipped with good amenities. However, there is no window in the room and the lights were a bit dark. On the second day, we expected housekeeping but it was not done until we requested.」

「I have lived in hotels in different areas in London but this hotel’s location is simply the best. There is a comfortable lounge with free coffee and free printing. There is also a free self-serviced laundry and dryer which is very useful. My room has a decent kitchen though I did not use it. 」

「The hotel is so stylish, with good location, friendly and efficient staff. The WiFi is at fast speed. The hotel also provides variety choices for breakfast especially fruits. There are a no of restaurants around, near to Paddington station and bus stations.」
