"Very nice hotel, but generally dark in most areas. Entering at street level into a dark space with no direction that the lobby is on the next floor was unacceptable. Service at the lovely lobby bar was not up to the standards expected at this level hotel. Very slow and not crowded. Very nice room with a great view and amenities. "

"The staff was amazing and treated my family with such care. They even sent a special treat up to the room for my daughter’s 8th birthday (we did not ask for anything. They just saw at check in that it was her birthday and did it on their own. They even gave her a hand written card). Beautiful view, spacious room, top notch amenities. "

"Freehand met and exceeded expectations for our weekend trip. We stayed in a double bunk bed room and were extremely pleased with the space, cleanliness, and the size of the bathroom. Having the additional hooks for our group at the entrance to the room was especially helpful and the outlets for each bed was a great bonus! The rooftop bar was also a delight to discover with the amazing skyline views and comfortable decor. We all agreed that the true star was the ability to go to the lobby or...
