We had an issue with our booking this visit - whilst reception couldn’t help - they gave me the customer service email who replied quickly and the issue was promptly resolved :)"
"Not very clean, very bad service, expensive breakfast buffet, be prepared to wait 10 min for a cup of coffee and long lines to get a piece of bread. Make sure to prepay breakfast or it’s double when you check in. It’s better to go to The gas station across from the Hotel. You may be lucky to get coffee in your room but it’s inconcistent. Scandic Hotels are not how they used to be, will not recommend, there are better ones."
