「We live in the UK and had booked a trip to stay at Herman K. Unfortunately, due to a last-minute UK evisa issue, we were unable to leave the country and make our trip. The hotel team was incredibly kind and understanding throughout our communication. They showed great flexibility and generously agreed to move our booking to a later date. We’re very grateful for their support and professionalism, and we look forward to staying with them in the near future.」

「From the moment we asked staff about storing our luggage as we were early they couldnt have been more welcoming. Room was spacious and plush, all details were first class. Hotel was about 70m to railway station, 150m to Tivoli gardens and comfortable 10 min walk to Nyhavn. HoHo bus 50m away too.」
