GREAT HOTEL

Absolutely amazing sevice, I was in desperate need of a desk I could work on and the room I booked didn’t have one, so after 10 minutes had they put one in. The hotel is super cozy and cool with 31 rooms, the breakfast is great and feels very home made. Highly recommended. And one of the best locations in CPH.

Overall, the hotel was great — clean, well-located, and with friendly staff. However, I have to give a low rating because the air conditioning wasn’t working during my stay. In fact, the heating was on, and the room temperature reached 28°C according to the thermostat. It was extremely uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep. Everything else was excellent, but this issue significantly affected my experience

Not what I expected from a 5 star hotel. They provide a very basic breakfast but you cannot get lunch or dinner there. The gym and spa Is located in a separate building which again doesn’t meet 5 star standards. The staff are very friendly. My air conditioning was really loud and i Was unable to turn off in my room it is controlled at reception. The team stated because they were ce really located that is why they did not have lunch/dinner/room service options which again does not strike me as a 5 star service. Not worth the money you pay for the room

Great place to stay in Copenhagen

The location of the hotel is great. It can easily access all the Copenhagen attractions and transportations. The stuff are super nice and really knowledgeable about Copenhagen. They not only provided the wonderful service but also made great recommendations including restaurants and bakeries. We had a wonderful time in Copenhagen and will definitely stay here when we visit Copenhagen again next time!

Gorgeous, well appointed and great location!

From the moment we stepped in the door, we were greeted with champagne in the lounge to check in. The concierge/desk personnel were extremely helpful with recommendations and any issues. If you like the idea of repurposing space, this hotel has done a fabulous job making this place chic, cool and comfortable. The bar was stocked and serene. The rooms are a bit tight but they do an amazing job making the best of all space. The bathroom was luxurious and spacious. Amenities were better than most hotels including slippers, water, coffee in room, great bath products and even daily mouthwash! Wifi was excellent except on the patio but that was not an issue. We had the breakfast one day and the choices were fresh, delicious and healthy. The location is perfect - in the middle of everything you need to see and next to a Metro stop. We walked 15 min or less to every other neighborhood or attraction. They also had bikes (and umbrellas) for the guests. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The biggest asset of the hotel is the staff at reception, too many to name but special shout out to Matilde, Josefina, Annija and Alex, nothing ever was too much trouble; they kept the room absolutely romantic for our 25th wedding anniversary with fruits, a bottle of wine and towel-swans all impeccably placed before our arrival. Housekeeping staff however needed constant reminding of daily upkeeps however as soon as they were brought to reception's notice the guys did everything to sort. Aircon regulator didn't work from the room so needed a few hundred emails exchanged with reception daily to regulate the temperature but they attended to it as soon as I brought it to their notice. Expedia didn't give me an option to include breakfast for suites as their own website offers all suite rates inclusive of breakfast however the hotel didn't honour it and instead gave us a complimentary breakfast on our anniversary day. I am glad we couldn't book it cos it would not have been to our liking (mostly cold breakfast, only hot option was an omlette). In summary, we liked our stay, we will not hesitate to book with Herman K again if we go back to Copenhagen.
