The breakfast is excellent. The staff are polite and very courteous in attending to you. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The gym is small and limited. The swimming pool is under renovations.

Access to rooms is from an outside corridor. Hotel has no proper entrance, you walk through a bar and corridor to get to the life for reception. Very confusing. However, there are door staff to help you. Breakfast buffet a bit basic for a hotel.

Property was beautiful, staff attentive. Only complaint was prior to arriving ordering a pick up from the hotel was impossible as their payment system was not working and there was no flexibility from the hotels end. They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi.

The total experience with the most professional staff was and is always the greatest testimony to their attitudes to service. I would also like to compliment the Room Service at Landmark. Due to my required treatment at Bumrungrad Hospital and my physical limitations, i took advantage of their Room Service for meals. The food was outstanding in quality and was the best I have experienced in my last 25 years of travel. The cherry on top of this delicious food was the absolutely great service from the staff that brought and served it to the outstanding preparation of the Kitchen Staff.. There aren’t enough stars to properly rate this total outstanding service I received even in the trying circumstance I am enduring.. Thank you all, and God Bless.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! The most attentive staff (thanks Eve 😊) great location, spectacular pool and we will be back! Even the staff at breakfast remembered my dietary requirements and arranged this as we arrived! We can’t thank you enough for a wonderful stay! Thanks 🙏

We are a family of 5 and stayed im 2 connecting rooms. Very Clean and spacious rooms with great views and friendly service. Would gladly come back again.
