It seems for over 2 years the hotel was been doing upgrades. very noisy during the day and making elevator very slow with 2 of the 4 being used buy the contractors. I have used this hotel chain in Bangkok for over 20 years. Im becoming very disappointed.

Hotel is located in a very convenient location and the rooms were spacious. Only downside was the towels seemed old and had an odor to them. The dryer also wasn't drying our clothes so we had to hang dry everything.

Room is clean. The hotel is in a great location, close to the mall, restaurants, and other nearby attractions.

Brilliant base for our first trip to Bangkok. Hotel is spotless, the three bed penthouse was large (and had a washer/dryer, hoorah) and Cafe Claire breakfast was lovely. The kitchen units had seen better days but we didn’t really use that area. Jie was lovely at check-in and check-out, in fact all of the staff were so friendly.

The front desk staff was exceptional! They were super friendly wishing us a fun day every time we left and a genuine welcome back we returned. The rooms were cleaned and promptly fixed our AC when it gave a us troubles. Another bonus was the airport shuttle service. We would recommend this stay to anyone!
