The tables were often dirty, and many guests left their dishes behind instead of clearing them, making it difficult to find a clean place to sit. It appeared that they did not have any staff working, except for a nice lady behind the counter who couldn’t keep up with the demand....

We asked to move rooms due to have two small children, and they said there weren’t any available. When we said we wanted a refund, somehow magically a room became available. However, when moved to the new room at 11 pm, it had an awful smell of Indian food. Seriously disgusting. Also the shower heads in both rooms sprayed everywhere instead of actually hitting your body. Such a bad experience when it had decent reviews....
