Greater Antilles Kid friendly Vacations

I had an amazing stay at Zel Punta Cana and would definitely recommend it. What truly sets this hotel apart is the variety of daily activities and workshops they offer, making every day fun, engaging, and unique. The staff was exceptional—everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. They genuinely go above and beyond to make sure guests have the best possible experience. The facilities are beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the attention to detail is outstanding. If you're looking for a resort where you can unwind, enjoy great activities, and receive excellent service, Zel Punta Cana is the perfect choice. I would definitely come back!

The food, at the restaurants, was bland. We basically ate at the buffet everyday especially after being disappointed after our dinner reservations. Other than that, everything was lovely. Oh, and our room was sooooo far….our walk ,each and everything, took about 10-12 minutes (at least we got our steps in)

We had a flood in our shower. We let the cleaning lady know but it was never fixed. The food was mediocre and there were no late night food options. There was a bartender at the sports bar that had horrible customer service. The manager of the sports bar was very nice. Overall, I didn't have a bad time but it could have been better.
