Hanoi Kid friendly Vacations

The breakfast was excellent, with different options including an egg dish or pho. The room was clean and quiet. Giang at the front desk was extremely helpful, and repeatedly assisted us with transportation to and from local attractions and to the airport. Mrs. Jennie also helped us get transportation from the airport to the hotel which was a lifesaver especially when we arrived internationally for the first time in Vietnam. The hotel location is excellent, walking distance from a lot of great restaurants and the lake. I highly recommend this hotel!

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

the breakfast area was clean but had to walk 2-3 minutes to another hotel. staff was friendly and helpful.Angela, the receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable about tours.

Anna as the breakfast supervisor has been great.. she was bery helpful ơn advices and where to go.. the front desk staff were also very pleasant and welcoming .. We felt at home.. the breakfast menu was very good .. the location is super and the staff was very helpful.. we will come back ..

Clean rooms, very kind staff

My stay at Elegant Suites was great. Only stayed one night but the service I received was exceptional. The staff helped with a very late check in. Special mention to Adam for the local knowledge and helping me with my taxi transfer between hotels. Will stay again.

Chị Hoa lễ tân rất nhiệt tình, vì có bé nhỏ nên c giúp gia đình mình có phòng luôn dù mình check in sớm. C cũng tư vấn đặt chỗ trên bar xem máy bay tổng duyệt. Các bạn nhân viên trên bar rất tuyệt vời và nhiệt tình. Khung cảnh thì đẹp khỏi bàn rồi. Bathtub có chút vấn đề vì nước chỉ chảy qua vòi hoa sen chứ không từ vòi của bathtub.
