Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

This is a great hotel with amazing service. Upon arrival MiMi let us check in early, sat down with us and showed us a map of the surrounding area and things to see. We stayed a few days and she continued to check on us and the day we were leaving she sat down with us again, just to chat. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Had our room ready early for us to check in after an early arrival. Excellent location, easy walk to all sights. Lovely breakfast with huge array of options. Only slight comment is shower temp was a bit erratic, but overall a truely wonderful hotel.

하노이 로얄 팰리스 호텔에서의 숙박은 매우 쾌적하고 편안한 경험이었습니다. 접수에서 만난 지미와 수리는 정말 놀랍고 친절했습니다. 지미 덕분에 우리는 마지막 순간에 합리적인 가격으로 하롱베이와 사파 투어를 예약할 수 있었습니다. 로얄 팰리스 호텔을 통해 투어를 예약했기 때문에 지미는 추가 비용 없이 우리의 방을 점보 사이즈 가족 룸으로 업그레이드 해주었습니다 :) 와이파이는 좋았고, 방은 깨끗했으며, 아침 식사는 괜찮았고 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 도와주었습니다. 우리는 다시 하노이 로얄 팰리스 호텔에 머물 것입니다.
