My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location! Breakfast was only a 2 min walk away in a different hotel and a nice way to start the day. Angela had been great organising a pick up and drop off from the airport and we were able to leave our luggage in the foyer for our very late departure. I would stay here again.

We stayed on the 24th floor for 3 nts in August. We had a great stay. Perfect. There is nothing to complain about maybe the à la carte restaurant was a lil pricey. But apart from that fantastic staff from the min you walk in the door. The organisation was fantastic the tours they offer. A lil pricey but fantastic 2 days we had with Nui as our guide. He was great. Thank you lebua we will stay again that’s forsure

Amazing experience from start to finish. The room was spacious, the amenities were great, and the service quality was beyond expectations.

The hotel should advise that it’s in the middle of a red light district. I don’t suggest that this is family friendly due to as soon as you step out you already are surrounded by adult entertainment. I do not recommend for families with children. I did not like this area. Breakfast was amazing though, but nothing else.

The hotel was very well maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. They were happy to bring my luggage to my room, arrange a taxi, and provide directions whenever I needed help getting to my destination. The massage was excellent and very relaxing, which was a wonderful addition to the stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet at The Glass Court was delicious, with a great variety of choices. The only downside was the laundry. When washing clothes at the hotel, they took quite a long time to dry, and some items still needed to be laid out to finish drying. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit Shinjuku in the future. The friendly staff, clean accommodations, relaxing massage, and delicious breakfast made for a very enjoyable experience.
