Exceeded my expectations in every way. If I were to put it in one word. Would be “surreal”. Highly recommend especially to travellers who know how to get around by mtr.

Superb hotel. Staff ,room, breakfast , pool everything was excellent.

From the accomodating staff, very clean room and superb breakfast. I will recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. I will surely be back in my future travel.

Very close to where you want to be in shinjuku ! Definitely would stay again. Rooms are tiny but with how much your out and about in Tokyo it’s definitely do-able. Heads up bring a pillow if you can.

Very large hotel , busy many quest, fantastic location our first trip to Tokyo, staff extremely friendly as all of Japan - great amenities in the room, close to shopping ,trains , food is accessible,, we were on the 35th floor. The views were exceptional , corner unit suite,

Everything was good but the breakfast is not something Americans appreciate.

A great hotel in a convenient location, right in the heart of a thriving food and nightlife district with plenty of things to see and do. Keep in mind that the Health and Wellness centre (pool, yoga area, etc) as advertised is not actually in the hotel - it is across the alley - but you get free access as a staying guest. Otherwise, a great hotel and would recommend.
