Lots of noisy kids staying at the hotel. They made big noise in the lobby, the corridor outside my room. Nobody from the hotel reminded them of the disturbance.

第一次入住，酒店易搵人民廣場站19號出口，一出就見到新世界商場直行6分鐘就到，就邊好多食肆及好近南京步行街，房間清潔乾淨，房間窗外是馬路比較嘈，整體唔錯😊

Room is clean and well maintained.surprised that room is much smaller than normal. Bed is also small for one person. Other than that,everything is good.

Absolutely Is one of Best hotel in the world .

An absolutely wonderful stay! This hotel was a perfect choice for my trip. The location is great - so close to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. The design is really cool, and I loved the peaceful little courtyard. My room had a cozy wooden style that felt very welcoming. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. They even gave me a lovely essential oil gift and a discount voucher for the restaurant nearby, which was a very thoughtful touch！Overall, a fantastic and memorable experience. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers.

The courtyard was laid out with care and I really enjoyed it. The courtyard is well organized and it is definitely a good place to relax. Imagine having such a peaceful and cozy courtyard in the bustling Lujiazui, it is really rare! Here, I felt the tranquility and harmony in the city. Walking into the lobby, I was attracted by the photos left by the guests hanging on the wall. Each photo records the smiling faces and beautiful memories of different guests, which not only shows the hospitality of the hotel, but also makes me feel the warmth of home. In terms of hygiene, Dainty Hotel has done an impeccable job. Every corner of the room was cleaned very well, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good rest during my trip. In addition, the public areas were equally well maintained, with both the courtyard and the lobby kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The attitude of the service staff was also very friendly and professional, they were always helpful and made sure my needs were met. Whether it was checking in or inquiring about tourist attractions in the neighborhood, they were always prompt and accurate in their assistance. Overall, I was very impressed with the Dainty Hotel. Both its beautiful environment, clean and hygienic conditions, and excellent service enhanced my trip to Shanghai.
