Beautiful hotel located directly across from the National Garden, in a very peaceful part of town. The Design room was gorgeous and spacious and had a lovely view of a series of shrines across the street. Reception was wonderful and allowed me to check in to my room very early, were very welcoming, professional and provided great service - thank you again for the great stay!

A good hotel, good space for our needs but the room was very noisy - the air conditioning in particular disrupted our sleep because it was so loud/made drain noises. All staff were lovely and we liked the location.

Liked the traditional Japanese home. However the hotel is a bit cramped (possible same across Kyoto) - the room overall is big, but the number of doors/small enclosures make it feel cramped.

A great hotel in a nice location very close to Kyobashi Train Station, and an easy walk to the Osaka Castle. One of few hotels that has a nice outdoor pool with a great view. Excellent amenities in the rooms. Staff were extremely helpful and spoke perfect English.
