What a great hotel to stay for our anniversary, can’t recommend more highly. Club rooms and the team in the lounge very good and even an early checkin, breakfast and a treat provided to help us celebrate.

The property is in the best location in Singapore and close to everything you need.
We stayed in a Straits Club room and booked for 2 adults and 1 child (11yo). The room was small with 1x Queen bed and no space/option for a pull out, so it was very cosy.
The Straits Club itself was the best club lounge we’ve ever used and the food and drink choices were excellent. Ambi, Soo Jin and one other lady whose name I didn’t catch were amazing and so welcoming. A few of the other staff would benefit from a customer service course, particularly the person that checked my wife and son in. Strangely they were treated differently when they were on their own.
Overall we had a great stay and would consider staying again but with so many more modern and less “stuffy” options in Singapore, we may not.
