Our stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering was absolutely exceptional. What stood out most was the incredible design of the hotel—the greenery, architecture, and overall atmosphere made it feel like an urban oasis. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.
The staff were outstanding, consistently warm, professional, and quick to assist with anything I needed. The amenities were equally impressive, especially the pool and wellness facilities, which added so much to the overall experience.
Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would recommend it wholeheartedly
