Central Thailand Kid friendly Vacations

This hotel is a hidden gem in a residential area of Bangkok but is surrounded by lots of dining and drinking options. The hotel offers a basic breakfast buffet and has a pool and basic gym. Rooms are recently renovated and have comfortable beds and couches. Wall AC units are available in each room. The internet was a bit unreliable at first but staff were able to quickly address the problem when I mentioned it.

Hello, I would like to say that. When I checked in the front desk, personnel was excellent. They didn't have my room available for me. The first night, but the remaining nights that I spent there, they gave me an upgrade, and everything was perfect. I cannot believe that I had such a wonderful time at this hotel. Housekeeping kept my room immaculate. I went to the spa, and the people in the spa was amazing. Everything it was just excellent 5 stars. I want to say thank you very much. To everyone and I'm coming back for 2 more days around the first week of September. This will be my favorite place to stay while I am in bangkok. I wanna thank you very, very much. See you soon

The hotel

Great breakfast, friendly staff but poor house keeping and maintenance of the property of this standard. Despite flagging out to duty manager of issues encountered no attention is given to rectify. Fully consumed beers were capped and return to the fridge, mineral water already opened was placed back inside the fridge. Disappointing stay.

Excellent staff and unbeatable location, but showing its age We had a good family stay at Centre Point Plus Silom. Every member of staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to help us. - Prime Location: Direct access to a connected mall for food and groceries (Sushiro and MK were great), street stalls right outside, and a quick walk to Sathorn Pier for boat transit. - Spacious Rooms: Huge space for a family of 4, great city views, plus a fridge, microwave, and Japanese toilet. - Good Facilities: Pool, gym, and handy self-service laundry. Things that could be improved - - Impractical Layout: A lot of wasted space, and the bathroom has no frosted glass or privacy partitions between the toilet, shower, and sink. Only one person could use it at a time. - Maintenance: The room feels a bit dated with a faint stale smell. It was very loud due to two noisy AC units. We also had a water leak one night that staff fixed it quickly and apologised with a fruit basket, but it showed signs of poor maintenance. - Elevator Delays: Only two lifts for the building, leading to long waits during peak times. Overall we enjoyed the stay with location and excellent staff making up for the problems.
